Terms & Conditions
The terms for using this website and requesting a free damage inspection.
Last updated October 11, 2026
Agreement to these terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only, not legal or insurance advice
The content on this website is general information about public adjusting and property insurance claims. It is not legal advice, and it is not advice about your specific policy or claim. Property Claim Pro is not a law firm. If you have a legal question or a dispute with your insurer, consider speaking with a Florida attorney.
Requesting an inspection does not create a contract
Requesting a free damage inspection does not obligate you to hire us, and it does not create an agreement for us to represent you. We represent you only after you and we sign a written public adjusting contract. That contract sets out your fee and your rights, including your right to cancel under Florida law. Any fee is as stated in that contract and is subject to the limits set by Florida law.
No guarantee of results
The outcome of an insurance claim depends on your policy, the damage, the facts, and the law. We cannot promise any particular payment amount, result, or timeline. Statements on this website about results we have achieved describe past experience and do not guarantee a similar result for you.
Florida law summaries
This website summarizes parts of Florida law, such as public adjuster fee limits, claim deadlines, and cancellation rights. The summaries were written from the Florida Statutes as published for 2026. Laws change, and the summaries are general. They do not account for your policy or your situation, so please check your policy and the current statutes, or ask a licensed professional.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information when you contact us.
- Report your claim to your insurer on time. Policies and Florida law set deadlines, so please do not wait for a reply from us if a deadline is close.
- Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with it, try to break into it, or submit false or misleading requests.
This website is not for emergencies
Do not use this website to report an emergency. If anyone is in danger, call 911.
