Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us through this website.
Last updated October 11, 2026
Who we are
Property Claim Pro is a Florida public adjusting firm. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Property Claim Pro.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free damage inspection, you give us your name, phone number, property address, and the type of damage. The main request form also asks for your email address. You may give us other details if you contact us in another way.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account or payment card numbers, or passwords in our forms. We do not need them to schedule an inspection.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the services that deliver this site may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request. As of the date above, this website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and schedule your free damage inspection.
- To review your situation and tell you whether and how we can help.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request.
- If you hire us, to prepare and handle your insurance claim under your written contract.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Services that run this website
We use outside providers to operate the site: Netlify hosts it, FormSubmit delivers what you type into our request forms to us by email, Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and Google Drive hosts our downloadable brochure. These providers may process technical information such as your IP address when you use the site, and each has its own privacy policy.
If you hire us
If you sign a public adjusting contract with us, we will share information about you and your property with your insurance company and other parties as needed to handle your claim, as described in that contract. We do not share your information with your insurer just because you asked for an inspection.
Legal reasons
We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients, or the safety of others.
Cookies and similar technology
This website does not set cookies of its own. When the welcome window appears, your browser stores a small note (using session storage) so the window does not show again during the same visit. That note stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab.
Links to other websites, such as our brochure on Google Drive, take you to services with their own privacy practices and cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, to handle any claim we work on for you, and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Some records, such as those tied to an active claim or required by law, may need to be kept.
Use the free inspection form on any page of this website and tell us your message is about a privacy request. We will respond to you through the contact details you provide.
Children
This website is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, we will post the update on this page.
